As thin as paper, Of bright nature, With a core so brown, To take away a frown, Collectively landed in a jug, Many droops into a coffee mug, As if to carrying weight of the world, Holding many secrets untold, A lonely soul’s quiet solace, Offload worries onto a poppy face.
A smell to revitalize, An odour to energize, A fragrance to cull gloom, From the corner of the room, Roses of the shy class, Floating on bubbles in cut glass.
R ipples of discolouration, On a clear sky’s reflection, As colourful or dull as the inner perception, True and vivid as one’s contemplation,   Like the pink and green ink, Spread on aqueous surface, does not sink, Dancing to the gentle breeze, All the while, mirroring mind’s decree.
Grumpy buds with a pattern, Why do you look like lantern? A tubular bloom resembling bells with freckles, It’s a long walk for bees to collect trickles, Drooping down to converse with grass below, You collectively nod to day hello! Foxglove is the name, Of native European fame, Colouring the dry lands early summer, Merrily basking in the sun till late September.
Oh! Parrot with its beak so red, How did you colour your wing instead? Did you tip over a paint can? Did the forest fairies blow red fan?   Were you pecking at plums from Nepal? Were you mingling with the oak’s leaves, that fall? Have you been eating chillies over ripe? Or is it you’re not do invisible cape,   What ever the reason may be! For the red streak in your glide, It plants a smile in other bird’s beak, Making soaring in the sky a jovial ride.
Always have an aim in sight, A something worth a fight, A task that saps all your might, A long winding path that is right, Then you assess your life, Is it worthy of your strife? Like the humming beauty, You hover over your duty.
Saying 'I Love You', is not enough, The meaning is deep and tough, There is mutual respect that grows, An admiration that needs periodic shows, An acceptance of whatever the other encases, To lend in a ear for their whispers at every stages.
