Returning from a green travel,
Doe and
fawn looked around,
Stunned as
new tree and shrubs unravel,
Astonished
at their house turning round,
Wondering
at a new palm in the outback,
Tree blooms
big yellow and green from corner snug,
Earth is
covered in a fresh grass rug,
Happily,
fawn goes about grazing,
But
mother's ears are vigil and standing,
All this is
noted and stored,
By a few
breezing canna red,
Smiling at
the land restored,
Peeping out from its sleeping bed.
