Aquamarine is the cove’s water, Creating sand from brown boulder, Emerald is the coconut leaves, Passing blue sky through sieves, Army green foliage deep inside, Nurturing those who don’t peep outside, Here and there streaks of auburn, Hiding the hut with canopy tiles amber, Where living is serenity, Time stretches to infinity.
Help others when your walk is solitary, Assist another to counter the feeling of empty, Comfort the eyes that don’t match words said, Guide people surrounded by dread, Be the hand of the unseen saviour, Habitual angelic behaviour.
Edible petals of varied size, Specially harvested for a handsome prize, Dip it in sugar and call it gulkand, Add it to food for aromatic bend, Call them damask, call them Turkish roses, These hybrids group together for pretty poses.
A lone boat in a sea of opportunity, Earlier than most humanity, Only sun and birds for company, Being part of nature’s quiet symphony, Morning warm light gives clarity, Man, and bird’s toil at sea, with parity, Quiet waves reflecting the calm turbulence, A purpose for daily perseverance.
A flower’s nature is to please, Puts irrational confusion, at ease, A break in monocolour monopoly, Petals with colourful streaks heavenly, A virus infestation, For lilies and tulips, a variation, An extra petal emerges, Graceful tall leaves, distorts, Bulbs in earth weakens, Stunted growth deepens, Beauty’s ultimate sacrifice, The multicoloured unique flower, dies, Like a man with a helpful hand, Weathers all forces for community, Charters a new course that is easy for society, Ultimately returning to soil and sand.
A genus of a shrub, Belong to the olive's family club, Have roots on all lands rich and warm, A fragrance that relieves stress like a balm, With numerous variations, From odd petals to layered formations, To the artistic, they are inspiration, For the devoted its path to spiritual ascension, Means gift from God in Persian culture, Well known for its modest nature.
Returning from a green travel, Doe and fawn looked around, Stunned as new tree and shrubs unravel, Astonished at their house turning round, Wondering at a new palm in the outback, Taking everything in the sunflowers stare back, Tree blooms big yellow and green from corner snug, Earth is covered in a fresh grass rug, Happily, fawn goes about grazing, But mother's ears are vigil and standing, All this is noted and stored, By a few breezing canna red, Smiling at the land restored,  Peeping out from its sleeping bed.
Close visions of the world outside, Open sights to the divine deep inside, A hymn geminates, With a tune that resonates. A peace settles in, Even in the thick of the din.
When red settles on the white, It is beauty on purity without a fight, A display of courage in secrecy, A romance of innocence and loyalty, A butterfly cannot stop fluttering, A parakeet wouldn’t stop chattering, Such is the influence, Of micro-mini and iceberg’s confluence.
Soft curves of purple, A yellow central knob, Delicate veins of leaves, As if passed through a sieve, A ray of pure light, Specks of infinite white, A clear reflection on the table, As time seem to stop, Slowing the rhythmic inspection, Making place for introspection.
Beauty inside a bubble, Even the breath trembles, Flowers look out longingly, At the blossoms that move willingly, A butterfly’s gentle touch, A dove’s peck and perch, Missing out on life’s absolute, The hardy and the pretty in a dome, Live a life in solitude, Days filled with loneliness and gloom.
A blanket of invisibility, All over the community, An obstacle in continuity, A ray establishing identity, Overpower visions with its creativity, To reaffirm natural parity.
A look ahead, A road of narrow tread, An unknown strath, A bridge of reed in the path, Across a turbulent canal, Unsure of current or height, Into the tree tunnel, Towards the steep rocky strait, Driven by a steady dream. A force that refuses to let off steam.
A warm blanket of sun’s cheer, A jump of joy without fear, A beauty wrapped in petal folds, A flower, a collection of all that’s to be told, A friendship just as delicate, As a Persian yellow rose would indicate.
